THE SETUP
Dr. Nate Ellis will help guide you and assist you with setting up your Gyrostyks, explanation of each piece demonstrating how to correctly position the platform, initiate the gyroscopic motion, and safely increase resistance. It will also provide guidance on proper placement for optimal use, ensuring you can progress through exercises effectively and confidently.

PASSIVE/ACTIVE ASSIST RANGE OF MOTION AND MOBILITY
Dr. Conner Pensivy will help educate you on the basics of some Active Assist Range of Motion and mobility exercises perfect for certain parts of rehabilitation where you are starting to perform active assist range of motion.
IMPORTANT: It is very necessary to consult with your physical therapist or Doctor to make sure these AAROM and mobility exercises fit your timeline of therapy!
